Care & Cleaning

Before Cooking: Hand wash with warm soapy water and dry fully. Lightly coat with oil or butter. Preheat on low-medium heat; do not leave empty pan on high heat.
During Cooking: Use low to medium heat for stable heating. Avoid cooking sprays and sharp metal utensils. Add salt only after food is hot to protect the hybrid non-stick surface.
After Cooking: Allow the pan to cool completely to prevent thermal shock. Dishwasher safe, or hand wash with warm soapy water and non-abrasive sponge for easy cleanup.
