At Amercook, we are committed to crafting high-quality kitchenware free from harmful chemicals. Artmartin’s cookware is thoughtfully crafted with cast aluminum and premium Weilburger non-stick coating.

Care & Cleaning

Before Cooking: Rinse the pan with warm soapy water and dry fully. No seasoning required. Preheat on low to medium heat for up to 90 seconds; do not leave empty pan on high heat.
During Cooking: Use low to medium heat to protect the ceramic coating. Use a small amount of oil or butter, avoid oil sprays and metal utensils. Detach the handle, then the pan body can be used in ovens.
After Cooking: Allow the pan to fully cool to prevent thermal shock. Clean with warm soapy water and non-abrasive sponge. Detach the handle before placing the pan in the dishwasher.
