Cookware with a designer’s eye.
America Cook Corp. began in Los Angeles in 1973. Under the AMERCOOK name we design pots, pans and tableware for people who cook at home — pieces that feel comfortable in the hand, wipe clean without fuss and look handsome enough to leave on the stove, so cooking every day feels a little better.
From a Los Angeles workshop to kitchens around the world
Since 1973 the company behind AMERCOOK has worked across the kitchen: cookware first, then drinkware and tableware. Design has always been our starting point — a handsome, considered look — but every shape is checked against something more practical: the way people really cook in their own kitchens, and the local tastes, habits and budgets of each market we sell in.
In 2016 we took the AMERCOOK brand international. Our ranges are made to be easy tools rather than display pieces: comfortable to use, straightforward to clean, and priced so that good cookware stays within reach.
Encourage people to cook at home — and enjoy every minute of it with the people around the table.
Amercook design principle
Milestones since 1973
Five decades of cookware: a small Los Angeles company, a brand that went global — and the moments that shaped it.
Designed to move people
Design is not decoration here. It is how a pan sits in the hand, how evenly it spreads heat, how easily it wipes clean — and how it makes your kitchen feel.
Made around real cooking
Every range starts from how people actually use their kitchen and what they need from a pan — not from what looks good in a catalogue.
Cook, share, repeat
We make pieces that invite people to cook for family and friends, and to enjoy the everyday ritual of preparing a meal together.
Built for different tables
Different cuisines, cooking methods and budgets need different tools, so we shape each series for the market it is made for — from searing to slow braising.
Made to stay in use
Stable, food-safe materials, honest engineering and finishes that survive daily heat and washing — cookware you keep reaching for.
Our vision: to be a global cookware company recognised for quality, design and everyday usefulness.
The designers and cooks behind the range
A design group split between Europe and China, working alongside chefs and athletes who use our cookware every day.
Tested to the standards families rely on
One product, many markets: the same pans we sell in the United States are checked against the food-contact rules of every region we ship to.
- FDA, LFGB and GB compliance — the same lines meet US, German and Chinese food-contact standards, plus our own safety tests.
- Even heat by design — bonded bases with cores sized from 10–12 cm and base thickness above 3 mm, so heat spreads instead of concentrating.
- Layered non-stick — 3 to 5 coats on our coated ranges, up to 10 on double-sided pieces, using the highest grade of mineral coating we can buy.
- Handles that hold — load and heat tested, so a handle stays fixed when you toss and stays comfortable while the pan works.
Showrooms and teams
Cook what we love.
Every pan we make is meant to be picked up, cooked with and looked after — for years of everyday dinners, shared tables and the people around them.
